About

Crafting has always been a passion of mine. It started with my textiles degree, which I obtained at the Scottish College of Textiles, and even though I ended up working abroad in Hong Kong for some time, that creative urge found its way back to me.

When I returned to Scotland, I took up gardening and landscaping, and this eventually led to me designing furniture for gardens. As a result of this, I ended up going back to college so that I could learn how to make furniture properly, and that’s where I fell in love with wood. When I graduated, I decided to carry on with the wood and give up the landscaping - making my primary focus using locally sourced Scottish wood in my work.

I love it because natural wood is full of imperfections that make it truly beautiful, and it gives me the chance to share this hidden beauty while also allowing me to be creative as well as work with my hands.

All of the wood that I use is sourced from a mill just outside of Dunfermline, meaning that everything I use comes from Fife to keep it as local as possible. However, I also love to recycle and repurpose old furniture to create something new that will suit a person’s home perfectly.

Everything I design is unique and full of personality, and being a small furniture design and manufacturing company, I put love and passion into every original piece that I create. Whether you would like to pick up a piece of my off-the-shelf work or you would like to commission some furniture, enquiries are always open, and I look forward to hearing from you.
